Evidently, I'm not the only one who was unable to cancel a subscription after your email told me it was time to renew. Now, will you be refunding 39.99 for the extra subscription or do I need to go through Paypals resolution center. I have sent you 3 emails on this. The last response from you was a link to this how to page.

I have canceled my subscription and would now like for you to delete the account in its entirety. I have sent Billy 2 msgs with no response and I am obviously still able to login and post to this forums board. Please remove my username, account info and any other mention of my presence here. I would like a confirmation that the aforementioned has been successfully completed sent to my email.
I have attempted to seek assistance from your company but to no avail. I get a clear picture of the games for 30 to 50 seconds and then that segment is constantly repeated. Is there any sense of me continuing my subscription?

You make me really want to try your service when you have a lot of emails from irate customers, but the ONLY one you respond to in the thread is the one where someone wanted to reactivate their account.
