I've tried to email you several times about a withdrawl for $60 from my paypal account. I have no use of my account in the summer and would like a refund!
It looks really bad when you dont even answer your customers. I want my money back!

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds on automatic renewals. We can freeze your account until hockey begins next season so that you don't have time wasting.
Let us know if that's something that works for you.

How can we get an account freeze if you never respond to your users after literally two months of requests through emails, private messages, Contact Us, and message board posts? Why can't I get a single response?
